<p>We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented<strong> Web Designer &amp; Front-End Developer</strong> to redesign the website. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics and user experience, along with solid front-end development capabilities. You will be responsible for both designing the visual look and feel of the site and implementing the HTML/CSS layout (and light JavaScript where needed) </p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Redesign the website’s user interface and enhance the overall user experience.</li> <li>Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity design prototypes (if required)</li> <li>Convert designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible HTML/CSS layouts (we prefer using Tailwind CSS).</li> <li>Ensure visual and functional consistency across devices and screen sizes.</li> <li>Optimize web pages for performance, speed, and accessibility.</li> <li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to align the design with business goals and messaging.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in both web design and front-end development (in scope of implementing the HTML/CSS layout).</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work - please include links to recent projects.</li> <li>Experience with major CSS Frameworks, Ideally with Tailwind CSS.</li> <li>Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.</li> <li>Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices.</li> <li>Basic JavaScript knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and modern web design trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>Please submit:</p> <ul> <li>Your CV/resume.</li> <li><strong>Links to your most recent design and front-end development work (portfolio or live websites).</strong></li> <li>A brief summary of your role in each project you share.</li> </ul>
