It provides systems for aeronautics, maritime, and land</p> <p>applications, serving clients worldwide.</p> <p></p> <p>As a team leader, you’ll oversee the development of complex system</p> <p>simulations, taking part in every stage – from defining requirements, through</p> <p>in-depth development processes, to final approvals and ongoing</p> <p>maintenance.</p> <p></p> <p>Relevant Experience:</p> <p>- B.Sc. in Software Engineering or Computer Science.</p> <p>- 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development – experience with</p> <p>large-scale projects is a plus!</p> <p>- Proven experience leading a team – strong leadership, motivation, and</p> <p>system-level thinking are essential.</p> <p></p> <p>Tech stack</p> <p>C++  Design Team Leadership  Artificial Intelligence (AI)  Hebrew  English  System Simulation  STL / BoostAI/ML Integration Real-Time Systems</p>
